At 3D Paws Studio, we strive to provide a unique and memorable experience for every pet owner. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options should you need to adjust or cancel your order.
1. Refund Policy for Completed Scans & Customer Products
As each 3D sculpture is a custom-made product, refunds are not available once the 3D scan is completed and production has begun.
However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase:
If there is a quality issue or if the product does not match the details of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, adjustment, or refund at no additional cost.
Please note, as these are custom products, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after production has begun.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please email us at christian@3dpawstudio.com with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
